Lucuma (whole fruit powder) gives this bar its rich, creamy texture. Yacon root helps the absorption of vitamin c and minerals and gives this bar its sweetness. A truly yummy treat.

As with all the Conscious Chocolate range, this is a raw, handmade and hand wrapped chocholate bar that is free from pesticides, dairy, soya and gluten. It has a low GI and GL making it suitable for diabetics as it is naturally sweetened with agave nectar.
