The Conscious chocolatier

Emma Jackman is the founder and chocolatier of Conscious Chocolate. She lives in a converted stable next door to the Conscious Chocolate kitchens in East Sussex, UK.

Emma has a background in catering, having worked in every aspect of the restaurant business for over twenty years. She is passionate about food, taste and good health. She is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and combines her dedication and determination in yoga to her approach to chocolate and chocolate making. Emma never compromises on the quality of the ingredients. She has made each flavour a story, perfecting taste and method in a balanced way. Emma recently became a mum.
